Cancellation policy
DRESSÁGE does not currently offer subscription or recurring purchase options. This policy covers cancellation of standard and pre-order purchases.
Standard Orders
If you'd like to cancel an order, contact us at hello@dressageofficial.com as soon as possible. We're able to cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under our [Refund Policy].
Pre-Order Purchases
Some items on our site are offered for pre-order, with an estimated ship date listed on the product page. If you'd like to cancel a pre-order, you may do so anytime before your order ships by contacting us at hello@dressageofficial.com. Pre-orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
Once a pre-order has shipped, standard return policy terms apply.
